Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia Faig Guliyev received Dr. Davron Mukhamadiev, Head of the South Caucasus Country Cluster Delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies

On June 6, 2022, at the request of the vis-à-vis party, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia Faig Guliyev received Davron Mukhamadiev, Head of the South Caucasus Country Cluster Delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC).

Welcoming the guest at the Embassy of Azerbaijan, ​​Ambassador F.Guliyev wished the responsible representative of this international organization who is originally from Tajikistan success in his mission in Georgia and in the entire region. He provided descriptive information about the Azerbaijan-Georgia strategic partnership that serves the well-being of both peoples and is a key driver of sustainable development in the entire South Caucasus region. Stating that Georgia's stability and sustainable development fully meet Azerbaijan's interests, Ambassador F.Guliyev briefed the guest on the Azerbaijan-Georgia strategic partnership, which gives impetus to the development of the South Caucasus region.

Dr. Muhammediyev thanked for the reception at the Embassy and said he had sincere feelings towards our country. During the conversation, he spoke about the priorities of the mission he leads. The head of the IFRC Cluster Delegation praised the successful cooperation with the Azerbaijani Red Crescent Society and expressed confidence that this cooperation will bring new results in his work as the head of the regional office in Tbilisi.

Ambassador F.Guliyev noted his readiness to exchange views on specific projects for future cooperation and take coordinated steps and wished the guest success in fulfilling his responsibilities.
