The President of Georgia H.E. Mme. Salome Zourabichvili has received the newly appointed Azerbaijani Ambassador to Georgia H.E.Mr. Faig Guliyev.

After the official ceremony at the Orbeliani Palace, the sides exchanged views on the prospects of strategic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia, and stressed the importance of further expanding bilateral ties.

The importance of peace and stability in the region was stressed during the conversation.

The President Salome Zourabichvili wished Ambassador Faig Guliyev success on his post.
