Required documents for visa are below
-Pasport (expire date of passport or other travel documents must be more 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa period)
and the copy of pasport;
- Two photos (3+4);
-Invitation (Hotel reservation or application which have been confrimed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan);
-Visa application (sample);
-Travel insurance;
-Visa fee
